Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks an Export Control Manager to lead policy deployment across ER&D and designated countries. You will manage licences, ensure regulatory compliance, and support project teams and engagements with authorities.

Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, with a minimum of five years in Export Control. Hybrid work and international projects offer opportunities to develop expertise in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a closely related discipline with exposure to export control.
• Minimum of 5 years in Export Control in multi-country environments.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deploy export control policy and procedures across ER&D scope.
• Be the point of contact for assigned country areas and manage licences.
• Ensure compliance with ML, Dual Use, ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Organize export control awareness sessions and provide project guidance.
