Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. in a multinational environment seeks an Executive Assistant to the Head of Grid Technologies Services, Europe & Africa, and the Regional Finance Head.

You will support high-level coordination, calendar management, and cross-border collaboration. The role involves travel logistics, briefing preparation, and producing leadership materials while driving milestones across Europe and Africa.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organisational and multitasking ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages beneficial).
• High proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Strong stakeholder management skills — confident, proactive, and adaptable.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars across European and African time zones.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership sessions, business reviews, workshops, and travels.
• Organise international travel, including itineraries, visas, logistics, and expenses.
• Prepare briefs, pre-reads agendas, and leadership documentation; ensure follow-up actions.
• Support creation of high-quality presentations and stakeholder updates; track action plans and deadlines.
