Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced Operational Controller to join the Grid Technologies Finance team in Europe. You will own selected Execution Units at EU level and partner with regional stakeholders to drive transparency, forecasting accuracy, and insightful analysis.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, digitalization using Alteryx and Power BI, and close collaboration with EXU stakeholders while supporting SG&A planning and monthly/quarterly reporting cycles.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or Audit.
• Strong knowledge of financial controlling and IFRS.
• Hands-on experience with digitalization tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP and finance systems (SAP/Spiridon).
• Proactive, collaborative team player with language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end execution unit analysis at EU level.
• Act as finance partner for regional stakeholders.
• Drive forecasting accuracy and KPI reporting for Sales (Order Intake, Sales Margin).
• Support reporting cycles and management explanations.
• Assist headcount and SG&A planning for GT Sales Europe.
