Siemens Energy is seeking a seasoned Head of Business Applications for Grid Technologies Digital Services. You will lead a global team delivering an end-to-end portfolio of enterprise applications, driving modernization, cloud adoption, and IT service excellence.

The role requires strong governance, vendor management, and executive communication across borders. You will partner with process owners and architects to align platforms with business needs, manage budgets, and deliver complex programs

Qualificações

Senior leadership experience in large-scale application development and operations
Experience engaging with business partners and cross-functional teams
Strong track record in transforming technology programs and modernizing application landscapes

Responsabilidades

Lead a large organization of application managers, developers, and data experts
Partner with governance and architecture to align platforms with end-to-end processes
Oversee end-to-end delivery of application projects and programs
Drive modernization and Agile transition across the landscape
Manage portfolio lifecycle and strategic technology investments
Ensure operational stability, performance, and security of critical apps
