Job summary

RemotePass is expanding into new markets and we are hiring a Company Secretary & Entity Manager to own entity setup and ongoing governance across the group, reporting to the Head of Finance. You will work hands-on, incorporating entities, filing with registries, drafting resolutions, and getting documents notarised and legalised, coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Operations, and managing local counsel.

This remote-first role offers exposure to 35,000+ workers across 150+ countries,

Qualifications

• Hands-on entity management experience across jurisdictions.
• Experience drafting resolutions and maintaining statutory records.
• Familiarity with notarisation, certification and legalization of documents.
• Strong project management skills coordinating multiple entities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up new entities in new markets from scoping to incorporation, licensing, registrations and handover to operations.
• Keep entities compliant with filings, renewals, director/shareholder changes, POAs, UBOs, registered offices.
