Syensqo in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Culture and Performance Manager to define and evolve the Group's culture and performance strategy. You will lead fairness and inclusion, set enterprise principles, and partner with HR Leadership to embed change across the organisation.

You will drive data-informed decision making, measure cultural health, and support leaders to translate insights into action, delivering sustainable business outcomes.

Qualificações

• Proven track record of delivering culture change in large organisations.
• Ability to use employee insights and data to inform actions.
• Strong influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
