Syensqo is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to shape and deliver impactful communications that support business transformation, organizational change, and employee engagement across a global and multi-site environment.

In this mid-senior role, you will translate complex business updates into clear messages for diverse audiences, partner with HR and leadership, manage multi-channel campaigns, and drive engagement while upholding Syensqo's culture and strategic priorities.

Qualificações

• 8–10 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Experience supporting transformation or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders, functions, and geographies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information and adapt messages for different audiences.
