Job summary

Sixt Research Development Services, Lda. in Lisbon seeks a Collections Controller (m/f/d) for its International Intermediary Business (B2P). You own collections for global intermediary partners, resolve disputes, and oversee special billing to protect revenue and drive performance.

You will track KPIs, report to senior management, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with finance, operations, and commercial teams across regions. English fluency is mandatory; German or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Control, or Receivables Management – international, B2B, or multi-entity exposure is a strong plus.
• Excel proficiency for analysis and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own the collections process for international intermediary partners, resolving past-due accounts through analysis and negotiation.
• Monitor collection KPIs, identify trends and risks, and report to senior management.
• Manage complex billing processes including partner incentive calculations and special billing arrangements.
• Ensure data integrity across receivables and billing workflows, investigate discrepancies, and implement preventive measures.
• Build strategic relationships with internal teams and external partners to enable win-win solutions.
