Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles in financial services or investments.
• Proven ability to build and nurture multi-level client relationships.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Manage key client relationships through regular contact and visits.
• Serve as the primary client contact for day-to-day activities of client applications.
• Build and execute a client-centric relationship framework with status calls and reviews.
• Establish customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive communications and issue remediation.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell Henley & Partners services.
• Leverage internal resources to meet application requirements.
• Mentor junior team members as needed.
