Pebl is seeking a strategic Global Benefits Design Expert to lead the design, negotiation, and product partnership strategy for our global benefits portfolio. You will ensure our offerings are competitive, scalable, and aligned with the goal of achieving a 67% company-wide attach rate.

You’ll own plan design, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to integrate benefits into Pebl’s global platforms, driving Day-1 enrollment and revenue opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of experience in benefits delivery or management.
• Track record with stakeholder relationships in HR and HRIS.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan design and roadmaps for global benefit plans and vendor contracts.
• Negotiate terms and manage broker relationships for competitive pricing.
• Partner with product teams to integrate benefits into platforms (e.g., Day-1 enrollment).
• Drive cross-functional socialization aligning benefits with ELT, GTM and R&D roadmaps.
• Lead strategic renewal efforts to optimize global P&L and shift to margin-bearing plans.
