Keenfinity Group is seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the development, industrialization and global deployment of advanced assembly and joining technologies across our EMS operations. The role combines technical leadership, project management and advanced problem solving with expertise in adhesive bonding, gluing, mechanical assembly, fixtures, tooling and process automation.

Qualificações

Experience in leading global TPM/CoC initiatives across multiple plants.
Expertise in adhesive bonding, mechanical assembly and related processes.
Strong problem-solving skills using structured improvement methods.

Responsabilidades

Establish global standards, specifications and best practices for adhesive bonding, screwing, press-fit, fixtures, tooling, dispensing, curing and automation.
Build the technology roadmap and identify new technologies and suppliers.
Develop processes that can be standardized and replicated worldwide.
Lead complex projects from concept → process development → validation → SOP → global deployment.
Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement and R&D.
Drive NPI, industrialization and technology transfer between plants.
Ensure robust DFMA, PFMEA and process validation.
