Keenfinity Group in Portugal is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary product development programs from concept through production. You will coordinate hardware, embedded software, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing teams, drive NPI and product launches, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in electronics, product development, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Knowledge of NPI, industrialization, and product development processes.
• Experience in both waterfall and Agile / SCRUM principles and methodologies
• PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or Agile certification is a plus.
