Keenfinity in Portugal is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the development, industrialization and global deployment of advanced assembly and joining technologies across its EMS operations.

You will coordinate Engineering, Operations and R&D, drive NPI and technology transfers, ensure robust DFMA and PFMEA, and establish global standards, training and partnerships to deliver repeatable, high‑quality production.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrialization or Technical Project Management.
• Strong experience in assembly/joining and adhesive technologies.
• Experience in electronics, automotive, industrial, medical or similar high‑volume manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global Assembly & Joining CoC and establish standards for bonding, fastening, fixtures and automation.
• Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement and R&D across plants.
• Drive NPI, industrialization and technology transfer between sites.
