TE Connectivity is seeking a Staff Project Manager Engineer to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives across multiple product lines within the PRS subvertical. The role reports to the PMO Leader and collaborates with global teams to deliver projects on schedule, within design requirements, and aligned with Opex, Capex and business goals.

The ideal candidate combines engineering rigor with strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in PMI-certified project

Qualificações

• Engineering degree required.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• PMI certification (CAPM, PMP or PgMP) preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix, multi-cultural environment.
• Proactive and results oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives spanning customers and product lines.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with PAC and PMO.
• Drive PMO best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
