Keenfinity in Portugal is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the development, industrialization and global deployment of advanced assembly and joining technologies across its EMS operations.
You will coordinate Engineering, Operations and R&D, drive NPI and technology transfers, ensure robust DFMA and PFMEA, and establish global standards, training and partnerships to deliver repeatable, high‑quality production.

Position Purpose
We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the development, industrialization and global deployment of advanced assembly and joining technologies across our EMS operations.
The role combines technical leadership, project management and advanced problem solving, with particular expertise in adhesive bonding, gluing, mechanical assembly, fastening, fixtures, tooling and process automation.
The TPM will report directly to the COO and lead the global Assembly & Joining Center of Competence (CoC).

Strong technical capability in:
Experience with PC, PC-ABS, ABS, metals, glass and composites is highly desirable.
Advanced Problem Solving
The TPM must be an exceptional hands‑on problem solver, capable of leading complex manufacturing issues using:
8D | DMAIC | A3 | RCA | DOE | FMEA | SPC | MSA | Cp/Cpk
The expectation is to move from problem → root cause → countermeasure → validation → robust production release, rather than simply implementing temporary fixes.
