Keenfinity in Portugal is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead development, industrialization and global deployment of assembly and joining technologies across our EMS operations. This role combines technical leadership, project management and advanced problem solving.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing/industrial engineering, strong experience in adhesive bonding and mechanical assembly, and proven ability to drive standardization, DFMA/DOE and technology transfers across
Qualificações
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 10+ years in manufacturing engineering, process engineering or technical project management.
- Strong experience in assembly/joining and adhesive technologies.
- Proven international project management experience.
Responsabilidades
- Lead complex projects from concept to global deployment.
- Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement and R&D.
- Drive NPI, industrialization and technology transfer between plants.
- Ensure robust DFMA, PFMEA and process validation.
