Job summary

Körber is seeking a senior Accounts Payable Service Delivery Leader to oversee global AP operations within Körber GBS Finance. The role requires steering an international team, driving standardization, and implementing automation across AP processes.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in business administration, finance, accounting, supply chain, procurement, or comparable field of study.
• Several years of leadership experience in Accounts Payable, procure-to-pay, finance operations, shared services, or GBS in international or matrix organizations.
• Strong AP and P2P process expertise including PO/non-PO invoice processing, approvals, GR/IR, and month-end close support.
• Experience with AP automation solutions and SAP; exposure to SAP S/4 process design or transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AP service delivery organization within Körber GBS Finance across Central Europe, Transatlantic, and APAC.
• Manage an international team of ~50 employees across multiple sites with governance and high performance.
• Drive global AP process standardization, automation, and harmonization including invoicing, validation, approvals, and month-end close support.
• Develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to improve end-to-end P2P collaboration.
• Monitor AP KPIs, SLAs, automation rates, aging, and escalate to remediate control gaps and inefficiencies.
• Lead virtual, international teams in a matrix organization and drive change management for automation initiatives.
