Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in AP, AR or treasury.
• Experience with an ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC is a plus).
• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
• Fluent English and at least one of Portuguese or Spanish.
• Based in Lisbon preferred; other locations considered.

Aufgaben

• Process supplier invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (OCR).
• Prepare weekly payment proposals for approval.
• Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on open items.
• Manage supplier master data and verify bank details.
• Reconcile Glovo settlements across all countries.
• Reconcile card terminal settlements and other payments.
• Follow up on collections and receivables.
• Match invoices with orders and delivery notes; resolve discrepancies.
• Update daily cash position.
• Review Pleo expenses and prepare monthly compliance report.
• Support month-end close with AP/AR reconciliations.
• Document processes and identify automation opportunities.
