Job summary

Street Smash Burgers is seeking an experienced AP/AR/Treasury professional to centralize financial processes for the group. The role involves ensuring timely supplier payments, collections reconciliation, and maintaining a clear daily cash view across entities, with Lisbon as a preferred location.

You will work with country accountants and the Accounting Manager, handling invoices, reconciliations, and data integrity in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in AP, AR or treasury.
• Experience with an ERP; Business Central is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
• Organized, autonomous and comfortable with high transaction volumes.
• Fluent English and at least one of Portuguese or Spanish.
• Interest in automation and AI tools to improve processes; code knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate and process supplier invoices for all group entities (ERP).
• Prepare weekly payment proposals for approval.
• Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on open items.
• Manage supplier master data and verify bank details.
• Reconcile settlements and other payment methods across countries.
• Support month-end close with AP/AR reconciliations and automate processes.
