This role is a cornerstone of our operational workflow, focusing on the precise execution of the technical and administrative tasks that underpin our global paid media campaigns.

Reporting to the Global Director, Paid Media, you will lead tracking implementations, manage the support queue, coordinate vendors, and drive automation to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on advertising operations or digital marketing experience.
• Experience leading a junior team member.
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager and tracking pixels for major ad platforms.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex or high-risk tracking implementations across multi-market launches.
• Own and manage the AdOps support queue and vendor interactions.
• Implement standard paid media tracking and validate advanced solutions (e.g., CAPI).
• Create and manage UTM tracking links and ensure global standardization.
• Oversee financial processes: PO requisitions and monthly reconciliation.
