Job summary

DHCare is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the SSC in Porto and support operations in an international environment. The role focuses on end-to-end AP operations, controls, and continuous improvement across countries and entities.

You will manage KPIs, drive process standardization, automation and data-driven decision making while partnering with Finance, Procurement, and IT. Fluency in English is required, and a hybrid work regime is offered in Porto.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
• Significant experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations, ideally in a multinational SSC/GBS environment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP/P2P processes, KPIs, SLAs, internal controls, compliance and risk management.
• Experience leading an AP team and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable operations within the SSC to ensure accurate, timely end-to-end service delivery.
• Ensure resource planning, process consistency, controls and compliance across countries and entities.
• Develop and monitor AP KPIs and SLAs, driving performance and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, IT and other stakeholders; lead and develop the AP team.
