Working Adventures in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support German-speaking customers via email, social media and phone, while communicating in English within an international team.

You will receive two months of paid training, thrive in a welcoming multicultural environment, and grow in a role focused on high-quality service and building trust. Relocation to Lisbon for at least 12 months is required.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon for at least 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting and communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner;
• Offering high levels of customer service for questions and problems and informing them about actions and offers on-site;
• Building a trusting relationship through precise answers and a positive demeanor;
• Updating customer accounts or details when needed.
