HCLTech in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries via phone, email or chat, ensuring timely resolutions with high quality. The role requires 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support and familiarity with SAP/CRM systems.

You will interact with customers, participate in training, and collaborate across teams to meet SLAs and continuous improvement goals, all while maintaining strong attention to detail and professionalism.

Qualificações

• Graduate in any stream.
• At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or Technical Voice Support.
• Experience handling complaints and delivering resolutions within set response times.
• Experience working with and coordinating across cross-functional teams; familiar with SAP or CRM systems.
