HCLTech in Portugal is seeking a Service Desk Agent who can handle German and French customer inquiries with English support. You will troubleshoot issues, meet SLA targets, and work across channels (phone, email, chat) to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to drive improvements and maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Graduate in any field.
• Minimum 1 year in Customer Service or Technical Voice Support.
• Experience handling complaints and delivering resolutions within defined response times.
• Experience with SAP or similar CRM application.

Responsabilidades

• Provide information to customers regarding their queries and troubleshoot issues per defined SLAs.
• Interact with customers on phone, email or chat to resolve their queries.
• Meet Quality Scores, SLAs and contribute to process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and maintain productivity.
