Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service or technical support, experience with SAP or CRM, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. This is a permanent contract with weekday work and benefits.

Qualificações

• Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in Customer Service or Technical as Voice Support.
• Experience handling complaints and delivering a great customer experience with adherence to response times.
• Experience working with SAP or similar CRM application.
