GET JOB LTD is seeking a Service Desk Agent for the German market based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role targets native German speakers who want to work and live in Portugal and join a dynamic call center/help desk team.

You will handle first-line support, understand customer environments, ask probing questions, and work to resolve standard issues within SLAs. A friendly, proactive approach and flexibility are valued in this international environment.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of various software and applications (minimum: Windows environment and MS Office package).
• Excellent communication skills, readiness to work flexible hours, customer orientation, teamwork, sense of urgency, optimism, and enthusiasm.

Responsabilidades

• Develops an understanding of the customer’s environment and service delivery requirements to enable the delivery of first class service.
• Takes ownership for listening to and understanding basic customer problems asking relevant questions to resolve typically known problems within required timescales.
• Escalates issues as necessary to deliver the required service level and meet or exceed customer expectation/SLAs.
• Acts as a team player and is viewed by colleagues as a helpful and effective member of the team.
