HCLTech is expanding its multilingual customer support teams in Portugal, offering a permanent contract and competitive salary. The role covers German, French and English support via phone, email and chat, with SAP CRM experience preferred and a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Working days are Monday to Friday, with private health and life insurance from day one. This position emphasizes teamwork, professional development, and adherence to SLAs.

Qualificações

• Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service or Technical as Voice Support.
• Experience handling complaints and delivering excellent CX through timely resolutions.
• Experience working with SAP or similar CRM application.

Responsabilidades

• Interacting with customers on phone, email or chat to resolve queries.
• Meet SLAs and maintain quality standards.
