CloserHire is partnering with a global insulin-delivery leader to recruit a German-speaking Senior O2C Specialist in Porto, Portugal. You will manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle, lead a team, resolve disputes, and drive improvements that boost efficiency and working capital.

Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s in Accounting/Finance, 5–7 years in O2C/Finance with 2+ years in a lead role, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday), and German (C1).

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
• 5–7 years of experience in O2C/Finance operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• In-depth knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday).
• Exposure to global business environments and multi-currency transactions.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage O2C operations including order management, billing, collections, cash application and disputes.
• Review AR aging and implement strategies to reduce DSO; drive collection efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Audit/SOX/controls, IFRS, and tax regulations.
• Drive process automation and standardization to improve O2C workflows.
• Mentor and train junior O2C specialists; collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Treasury and Tax.
