Mercier Consultancy Group in Greece is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Agent for Mobility Services to join our global mobility team. You will deliver world-class support to German-speaking customers, help with bookings, vehicle reservations and mobility subscriptions while working remotely within Greece.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) mandatory.
• Valid EU passport required.
• Strong communication and customer-excellence mindset.
• Ability to work remotely while staying connected with the team.

• Experience in mobility services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class support to German-speaking customers on mobility needs.
• Resolve inquiries about booking platforms, reservations, and subscriptions.
• Assist with real-time navigation issues and account management.
• Serve as brand ambassador for mobility clients and maintain satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless mobility experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
• Collaborate with international teams to refine mobility service processes.
