Responsibilities include managing high-end client requests, coordinating travel arrangements, and delivering exceptional personalized experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong language skills and a background in customer service. This position offers a gross salary of 21,500€, health insurance, and a hybrid work model after three months.

Qualificações

• At least a B2 level of English; French is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, or luxury services.
• Adaptable and confident in handling high expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage requests from VIP clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Coordinate exclusive reservations and travel bookings.
• Provide advice on luxury dining, events, shopping, and culture.

Conhecimentos

Native-level German speaker

B2 level English
