Cyncly in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Internal Sales Account Executive — German Speaking to support the German market from our hybrid Lisbon operation. You will manage inbound inquiries, prepare quotations, renewals, upgrades, and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements include fluency in German and English, experience in internal sales or account support in a B2B environment, and strong CRM/data accuracy.

Qualificações

• Fluency in German and English required.
• Experience in internal/inside sales or account support in a B2B environment.
• Strong CRM/data accuracy and ability to manage orders and documents.
• Able to coordinate with multiple internal teams (Sales, Success, Support, Finance).
• Experience supporting renewals, licences, upgrades, or subscription-based customers is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound inquiries from the German-speaking market.
• Support existing customers with quotations, renewals, upgrades, and licence requests.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and renewal offers.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Sales Management on account plans.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and track renewal dates and actions.
