Cyncly is seeking a German-speaking Internal Sales Account Executive to support the German market from Lisbon in a hybrid role. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage renewals and upgrades, working closely with Account Managers, Customer Success, Support, and Finance.

The ideal candidate has B2B sales experience, strong German and English communication skills, and a keen eye for CRM data, pricing, and process adherence.

Qualificações

• Experience in internal sales or sales support in B2B environments.
• Experience handling quotations, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent attention to CRM data, contracts, pricing, and records.
• Ability to coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance and Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and respond to inbound customer enquiries from the German-speaking market.
• Support existing customers with commercial questions, quotations, renewals, upgrades, and licence requests.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, renewal offers, and commercial documentation.
• Identify opportunities for customer retention, product upgrades, add-ons, and cross-sell.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Sales Management to support account plans and customer follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer, account, contact, and activity data in the CRM.
• Track renewal dates, quote status, customer follow-ups, and actions.
• Assist with sales reporting, pipeline updates, and administrative processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to commercial requests.
• Support onboarding or handover processes with commercial input.
