Ww Talents in Braga, Portugal is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional, empathetic support across markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires Dutch language fluency, English at C1, and the ability to work a 24/7 rotating schedule. Relocation support and a welcoming bonus are offered to eligible candidates to help you settle in Portugal.

The Role

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday
• 24/7 rotational shifts
• 2 rotational days off per week
• Night shift: 22:00-07:00

The night shift team is relatively small, so night shifts may only be required occasionally during the month. However, candidates must be comfortable working within a 24/7 rotational schedule.

Salary & Benefits

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Relocation support for eligible candidates

Candidates relocating from outside Portugal can benefit from:

• Shared accommodation for up to 12 months
