Working Adventures in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a German-speaking customer consultant to join an international, project-based team. You’ll handle inquiries by phone, email, or chat, resolve small issues, and ensure customers finish conversations with a smile.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German and able to communicate clearly in English.

Responsabilidades

• Answer questions and resolve small issues for customers via phone, email or chat.
• Be the friendly voice on conversations and ensure customers leave satisfied.
• Follow onboarding guidelines and use provided tools to assist customers.
