Working Adventures in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a German-speaking customer consultant to join an international, project-based team. You’ll handle inquiries by phone, email, or chat, resolve small issues, and ensure customers finish conversations with a smile.

We are seeking a German-speaking customer consultant to join an international project-based team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the friendly voice on the phone, email, or chat, answering questions, resolving small issues, and ensuring customers leave conversations with a smile.

You will receive full paid onboarding and training, work with clear guidelines and helpful tools, and be part of a supportive team. You will work on projects with brands such as Nike, Spotify, Microsoft, and Mercedes-Benz, and have opportunities to learn from industry professionals and advance your career.

Start your adventure in Lisbon and stay for at least 6 months.

Requirements

• You should be fluent in German and able to communicate clearly in English, be flexible with shift work, have a high school-level education or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and hold a valid EU passport or residence/work permit for Portugal.
