Qualificações

• C1 level of German and B2 level of English required.

Your Role

• Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.

• Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions.

• Educate users on the platform’s features and help them get the most out of their websites.

• Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.

• Stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support.

• Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.

Your Qualifications

• C1 level of German and good English skills (B2)

• You need to have either experience or knowledge about digital marketing and/or webdesign, and be enthusiastic about it

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service with strong orientation to the customer (mandatory).

• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate

• Stable profile with stable job history (not frequent job hopping).

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users.

• Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
