CB Talents in Lisbon is seeking a German and English-speaking Customer Support Specialist for an AI project. You will train, evaluate, and refine Generative AI models and text generation to support quality and UX.

This on-site role offers 24/7 rotating shifts, a base salary of €1,100 gross per month (paid over 14 months), a daily meal allowance of €7.63, and comprehensive relocation assistance.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native German with strong written German skills.
• Solid English proficiency (minimum B2).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate written content.
• Experience with data annotation or AI content review is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assess AI-generated text for accuracy, tone, relevance, safety, and guidelines adherence.
• Review, classify, and annotate datasets using AI platforms.
• Interpret evolving policies to apply quality standards consistently.
• Ensure output readability and natural language fluency in German.
• Collaborate with QA leads to meet daily accuracy and productivity goals.

What You Will Do

As a German & English Customer Support Specialist on this advanced AI project, you will play a crucial role in training, evaluating, and refining Generative AI models and text generation.

• Assess AI-generated text for accuracy, tone, relevance, safety, and adherence to specific guidelines.
• Review, classify, and annotate datasets using specialized AI annotation and evaluation platforms.
• Interpret complex, evolving written policies to make consistent, objective, and evidence-based decisions.
• Ensure output meets high standards of readability, critical logic, and natural language fluency in German.
• Work closely with quality leads and peers in a fast-paced environment to meet daily accuracy and productivity goals.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Mastery: Native or near-native proficiency in German (C1/C2) with exceptional written communication skills, plus strong English (minimum B2 level).
• AI & Tech Tech-Savviness: Solid understanding of or strong interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and content annotation platforms.
