Job summary

Vagabond People Consulting in Porto, Portugal is seeking a German-speaking Junior Order-to-Cash Specialist to join its finance operations team. You will process orders, generate invoices, apply payments, and support month-end activities in an international environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field, basic AR/O2C experience, and strong Excel skills. Fluency in German and high English proficiency are essential for cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on overdue invoices and outstanding payments.
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
• Support customer inquiries and elevate complex disputes when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
