Qualificações

• Fluent German (C1) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is required.
• Experience in Digital Marketing is required.
• Experience in paid campaign management is mandatory.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Advertising Tech service program is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with social media products and digital advertising is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively seek initiatives to enhance service and user experience.
• Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support for advertising products via email and chat.
• Collaborate with Product Operations & Eng to resolve generic or technical queries.
• Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction metrics across the case journey.
• Ensure adherence to service levels across channels and drive productivity.
• Educate advertisers on product features and common issues with internal specialists.
