Job summary

Thoth AI is seeking a detail-oriented Data Labeler fluent in German to support a global video platform. You will review multimedia content, label it into predefined poor-quality categories, and help train AI models.

The role requires onsite work in Lisbon, English proficiency at B2, and a minimum of six months in data annotation or content moderation. Competitive base salary with a language bonus for German speakers and a meal allowance is offered.

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Data Labeler fluent in German to support a world-renowned short-video platform. Your work will directly contribute to improving content quality and user experience by helping train AI models to recognize and categorize ambiguous or low-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess multimedia content (videos/photos) based on predefined quality criteria
• Accurately label content into specific poor-quality categories for model training
• Meet daily quality and quantity targets set by the Project Manager
• Adapt to evolving guidelines and project updates
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and responsibility

Requirements:

• Native or fluent German speaker
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Must be able to work onsite in Lisbon
• Background in linguistics or experience in language teaching is a strong plus
• At least 6months experience in data annotation or content moderation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to support team improvement
