Qualificações

In this role, you will assess and refine AI-generated health-related content to ensure it meets quality, accuracy, and cultural relevance standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in the growing field of AI evaluation and content moderation.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and evaluate health-related prompts following internal and client guidelines.

Assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, tone, helpfulness, and cultural appropriateness.

Identify errors, inconsistencies, or inappropriate content and provide actionable feedback.

Document issues and propose improvements to guidelines and AI model performance.

Participate in team calibration sessions, sharing best practices and insights.

Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.

Adhere to company procedures, confidentiality policies, and performance KPIs.

Contribute to workflow enhancements and support ad hoc projects when required.

Requirements:
