CBT in Porto is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist patients and healthcare professionals in German, with English support when needed. The role includes handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and working closely with a Team Leader to maintain service quality.

Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Support Specialist, where your role goes beyond standard support—you'll be assisting patients and healthcare professionals with vital solutions and guidance.

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service in German (C2), with support in English (C1) when required.
• Handle inquiries, user doubts, and service requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with empathy, clarity, and precision.
• Guide users through troubleshooting and general usage while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Work in close collaboration with your Team Leader to ensure operational excellence.

Work Schedule

• Rotative shifts – Monday to Sunday, 7 am – 10 pm
• 2 days off weekly (rotative, provided 1 month in advance)
• Night shift premium – at least +25% hourly rate (in line with Portuguese labor law)

Compensation & Benefits

We value your commitment and reward it generously:

• Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (14 months)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day (~€167.86/month)
• Welcome Bonus: €1500 will be paid in 12months
