About the Role

Join our team to support customers of a leading German banking institution. From answering account-related queries to guiding clients through digital banking tools, you’ll be the trusted voice that delivers solutions with empathy and professionalism.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for German‑speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve inquiries related to retail banking products, accounts, and transactions.
• Guide customers through online banking access, mobile app usage, and T‑PIN setup.
• Recommend relevant banking services in line with customer needs (sales focus).
• Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and accurately.

What Were Looking For

• Fluency in German (C2 level native or near‑native) mandatory.
• English (B2 or higher) for internal communication and training.
• Sales experience mandatory.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection.
• Residing anywhere in mainland Portugal or open to relocation (package provided).

Contract & Working Hours

• Full-time, 40 hours/week.
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07:00–23:00 (rotative shifts).
• Two rotative days off per week.
• Remote work from mainland Portugal.
• Relocation package for candidates moving from abroad.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: €1,100 gross (14 monthly payments).
• Performance bonus: €100/month (paid over 12 months).
• Meal allowance: €7.63/day.
