Luza Tecnologia is seeking a Genesys Cloud Developer to design, develop, and enhance customer engagement solutions across voice and digital channels. You will work with business and technical teams to deliver scalable contact centre solutions that improve customer journeys and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include configuring Genesys Cloud, designing IVR flows, integrating with Salesforce, and collaborating across stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions within an Agile framework.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX development and configuration.
• Strong understanding of contact centre operations and processes.
• Experience with API development and system integrations.
• Knowledge of IVR design, routing strategies, and customer journey concepts.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, develop, and maintain Genesys Cloud solutions.
• Design and optimise IVR flows, call routing, and customer interaction journeys.
• Develop integrations between Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot incidents and contribute to continuous platform improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and operational teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support solution delivery throughout the development lifecycle.
