A Dellent procura um Generative AI Product Engineer baseado em Lisboa (híbrido) para desenhar e escalar produtos de IA que gerem impacto real nos negócios.

As suas responsabilidades incluem projetar capacidades de IA empresarial, engenheirar prompts, pipelines de recuperação e métodos de avaliação, assegurando qualidade, precisão e observabilidade em produção.

Qualificações

• 4+ anos de experiência em AI Engineering, Machine Learning ou Data Science.
• Pelo menos 18 meses de hands-on com Generative AI, LLMs, engenharia de prompts, estratégias de recuperação e observabilidade de LLMs em projetos enterprise.
• Forte conhecimento de Python e SQL.
• Experiência comprovada com frameworks de observabilidade de IA como MLFlow, Langfuse, Arize.
• Mentalidade analítica, resolução de problemas e paixão pela inovação.

Responsabilidades

• Desenhar e construir capacidades empresariais de IA Generativa.
• Engenheirar prompts, fluxos de IA e pipelines de recuperação.
• Desenvolver e melhorar soluções Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Desenhar quadros de avaliação de IA e metodologias de benchmarking.
• Construir datasets de alta qualidade para validação de IA.
• Melhorar continuamente a qualidade, precisão e confiabilidade de IA.
• Prototipar e avaliar novos LLMs e tecnologias de IA.
• Monitorizar comportamento de IA em produção e contribuir para observabilidade.

What you'll do:

• Design and build enterprise Generative AI capabilities;
• Engineer prompts, AI workflows and retrieval pipelines;
• Develop and improve Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions;
• Design AI evaluation frameworks and benchmark methodologies;
• Build high-quality datasets for AI validation;
• Continuously improve AI quality, accuracy and reliability;
• Prototype and evaluate new LLMs and AI technologies;
• Monitor AI behaviour in production and contribute to AI observability.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or Data Science;
• At least 18 months of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, reasoning and retrieval strategy and Engineering/LLM observability on an Entreprise-scale AI Gen project;
• Strong Python and SQL skills;
• Proven track record working with AI engineering and LLM observability frameworks such as MLFlow, Langfuse, Arize;
• Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation.

• Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Vector Databases, Langfuse, Grafana AI, or Azure AI Foundry.
