You will support access management and optimize downstream workflows with a focus on data integrity.

The role requires 1+ year in Fund Administration or Transfer Agency, excellent English, and strong analytical skills to handle high-volume processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1+ year in Fund Administration, Custody Operations, or Transfer Agency.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and route fund documents from global administrators.
• Identify priority documents and manage queues.
• Extract data from unstructured correspondence using AI tools.
• Resolve routing anomalies with international stakeholders.
• Manage access and configurations for external portals.
• Audit channels and propose automation improvements.
• Collaborate across sites and participate in UAT.
