Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Functional Trainer to support delivery of Airport IT training solutions for customers and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on building product knowledge and training capabilities while contributing to customer-facing activities under supervision.

Key responsibilities include delivering sessions (onsite/remote), preparing materials, and progressing through Amadeus certifications (AODB, FRMS, DDS, ASM, UAC). Travel may be required to various locations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering onsite and remote training.
• Ability to quickly learn product functionalities.
• Familiarity with airport IT systems and ITIL principles.
• Strong English communication, written & verbal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support training sessions (onsite and remote).
• Engage with customers to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
• Prepare training environments, materials, and logistics.
• Track participation, collect feedback, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams on global projects with potential onsite exposure.
