Capgemini Portugal in Porto is seeking a Fullstack Developer with React and TypeScript to join a newly launched Tech Hub. You will contribute to end-to-end development across frontend and backend, collaborating with Product and Platform teams.

You'll work with React, Tailwind, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and modern testing and deployment tools in a hybrid setup, with flexible hours and opportunities to grow within a global technology leader.

Qualificações

• Strong experience building modern Full Stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js and NestJS.
• Advanced knowledge of frontend architecture, state management, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and ORM tooling (Prisma/TypeORM/MikroORM).
• Familiarity with testing (Jest/Vitest) and containerised deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end development of features across React, TS, Node.js and NestJS.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Design frontend experiences with React, Tailwind; develop backend REST APIs with NestJS.
• Maintain shared contracts, validation schemas, and integrations.
• Design data models and queries in PostgreSQL with ORM tools.
• Implement secure authentication using OAuth2/JWT.
• Define automated testing strategies and support deployment pipelines.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to engineering standards.

YOUR ROLE

• Drive the end-to-end development and delivery of product features across React, TypeScript, Node.js and NestJS applications.
• Translate business and product requirements into scalable, maintainable and secure technical solutions.
• Design and develop frontend experiences using React, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, TanStack Query and Zod.
• Design and implement backend services, business logic and REST APIs with NestJS, ensuring performance, reliability and maintainability.
• Build and maintain shared contracts, validation schemas and integrations across frontend and backend systems.
• Design and optimise PostgreSQL data models, queries and database interactions using Prisma, TypeORM or MikroORM.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth2, OIDC, JWT and JWKS.
• Define and maintain automated testing strategies across frontend and backend applications.
• Support deployment and operations through Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Review code, mentor team members and contribute to engineering standards, architecture and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design and Platform Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong experience building modern Full Stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS and PostgreSQL.
• Advanced knowledge of frontend architecture, state management, component design, performance optimisation and accessibility best practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, authentication patterns and distributed application development.
• Experience working with TanStack Query, Zod, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Prisma, TypeORM or MikroORM.
• Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and tools including Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Supertest and exposure to Playwright.
• Experience working with containerised and cloud-native applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI, Swagger, Scalar, Storybook, monorepos and shared frontend/backend contract approaches.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently navigate ambiguity, manage technical risks and make sound engineering decisions.
• Proven experience collaborating in Agile environments and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to mentor developers, perform code reviews and drive engineering excellence across the team.
