A Capgemini Portugal está a recrutar um Senior Fullstack Developer (Typescript & React/SRE) para contribuir com plataformas escaláveis, integrando equipas multifuncionais e assegurando operações estáveis.

• SRE principles e operações de produção
• Sistemas Linux e resolução de problemas
• Desenvolvimento de backend com Node.js e NestJS
• Desenvolvimento frontend com React + TypeScript
• Containerização e orquestração (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Monitorização, logging e observabilidade (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk)
• CI/CD, automação e Infraestrutura como Código (Terraform, Ansible)
• Networking e sistemas distribuídos

Responsabilidades

• Contribuir para o desenvolvimento e operação de plataformas escaláveis e multi-inquilino com várias integrações.
• Apoiar a entrega de features alinhadas a marcos de negócio e prazos de release.
• Auxiliar na implementação e padronização de pipelines CI/CD, aumentando a fiabilidade de deployments.
• Contribuir para deployments em cloud e setups de infraestrutura regional, garantindo disponibilidade.
• Monitorizar fiabilidade de sistemas e apoiar resolução de incidentes com práticas SRE.
• Colaborar com equipas transversais (Produto, Engenharia, DevOps) para assegurar deliveries suaves.
• Participar de iniciativas de escalabilidade de plataformas para melhorar desempenho.
• Apoiar onboarding de novos serviços e integrações em plataformas existentes.
• Contribuir para melhoria contínua de workflows, automação e práticas de engenharia.

YOUR ROLE

• Contributed to the development and operation of scalable, multi-tenant platforms with multiple integrations.


• Supported delivery of product features aligned with business milestones and release timelines.


• Assisted in the implementation and standardization of CI/CD pipelines, improving deployment reliability.


• Contributed to cloud-based deployments and regional infrastructure setups, ensuring availability and compliance.


• Monitored system reliability and supported incident resolution processes using SRE practices.


• Collaborated with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, DevOps) to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.


• Participated in platform scaling initiatives, improving system performance and availability.


• Supported onboarding of new services and integrations into existing platforms.


• Contributed to continuous improvement of development workflows, automation, and engineering practices.

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles and production operations.


• Experience with Linux-based systems and system troubleshooting.


• Experience developing backend services using Node.Js and NestJS.


• Experience building frontend applications using React with TypeScript.


• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes or equivalents).


• Hands-'on experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).


• Understanding of networking fundamentals and distributed systems.
