JobCloud in Porto is seeking engineers to design and implement multi-agent systems, build orchestration workflows, and develop safe API integrations. The role blends AI development with product delivery and a business-first mindset.

You will work from Porto while teams are in Switzerland, enjoy hybrid work, benefit from training and travel opportunities, and participate in a fast-moving product to validate new features with real users.

Qualificações

• Engineering background (degree or equivalent) with a business-first mindset.
• Curious, innovative and inclusive personality.
• Strong grasp of prompt engineering techniques (chain-of-thought, few-shot, structured outputs).
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration and AI tool workflows.
• Familiarity with GitHub and AWS services.
• Understanding of LLM fine-tuning basics and cost optimization strategies.
• Ability to design and run A/B tests for AI systems.
• Comfortable with Claude Code and similar AI-native development environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement multi-agent systems that solve real product challenges.
• Build agent orchestration workflows using modern AI development tools.
• Develop APIs and integration layers so agents can interact with our platform safely.
• Set up feedback collection systems to continuously improve agent performance.
• Debug failures, optimize costs, and handle edge cases pragmatically.
• Ship features iteratively: test with users, learn, iterate, repeat.
• Ask lots of questions and challenge assumptions to drive better outcomes.
